  • Will I be charged for delivery?

    If you’re opting for Scheduled delivery or 2-day Express delivery for select furniture, your shipping charges will vary based on your location. Refer to our Shipping page to know more.

    For all other household products, delivery is free on orders of AED 500 and above. If your total order value is less than AED 500, you will be charged AED 18 for delivery.

    If you opt for Same Day Delivery, which is available to select locations in Dubai, you will be charged an extra AED 18.

    There will be an additional service charge of AED 10 on all Cash on Delivery orders.

    Your delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

  • What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

    If you're not at home to receive the products you've ordered with Scheduled delivery, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule.

    For all other products, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.

    If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.

    If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.

  • When will I receive my order?

    For select Home Box furniture, you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you. At checkout, you can either opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery or Scheduled delivery. There will be an additional charge, which will depend on your location. Please take a look at our Shipping table for more details.

    For all other products, here's how delivery works.

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days, will be delivered the same day to select locations in Dubai. You’ll need to pay an additional AED 18 to enjoy Same Day Delivery.

    If you place your order before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday, your order will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

    Delivery will take a little longer if it is to one of these areas.
